SBS Hires Population Health Management Specialist
Strategic Benefit Solutions is pleased to announce the hire of Mr. Stephen Cherniak
as Wellness Director. Previously, Stephen had a distinguished career in
directing wellness programs at Ford Motor Company, a position he held
for twenty-one years. As Wellness Director for SBS, Stephen will be
charged with a number of responsibilities, including helping clients
contain healthcare costs through intelligent Population Health
Management (PHM). SBS believes that incorporating PHM into overall
benefit plan strategy is critical to the cost management success of the
healthcare program. The addition of Stephen further defines SBS as the
clear leader in the procurement, implementation, management, and
measurement of PHM programs. These programs are essential to a
successful long-term strategy to control health benefit costs and to
improve organizational productivity.
